Mom and Dad's new toy

Well, with Jackson getting all these toys and clothes I thought it was only fair that Kelly and I got a new toy as well. After much deep thought and great meditation, this is what we got. Raleigh is also a big fan. She spent about 10 minutes sniffing it until I made her walk away.

HAPPY FATHER'S DAY!!!

It was my first Father's Day as a dad and Kelly made me a cake. She is so good to me and I definitely don't deserve it. She is truly my best friend and a wonderful wife. Did I mention she is really good at baking! Really good!!

That is one good lookin' pregnant lady! This is Kelly on Father's Day. We didn't have anyone around to take a picture of the two of us together and I like it better that way anyway. I'm a much better photographer than model. Not that I'm a good photographer, but when you have a model like this you're bound to get some good pictures.

Kelly gave me the day to go to the golf course with Eric. He, unfortunately didn't play quite as well as me. I think he shot an 80-something. I, on the other hand, shot even par... for the two holes I actually kept my score on.

Kelly and Jackson - Easter Sunday

Here is my family on Easter Sunday. Well, Kelly and Jackson anyway. Raleigh couldn't find a cute outfit so she didn't want to be in the picture.

IT'S A BOY!!!!!!!!!!!

Say hello to little Jackson Gray Palmer. We can finally stop calling him "it" and "the baby". The sonographer said that he is doing great. She looked at the head, brain, heart, spine, etc. and she said everything looks really good. Praise God, for He is so good!! She then proceeded to show us the sex and we had so much trouble figuring out what we were looking at. Kelly said she felt like Rachel from Friends. Those ultrasounds are pretty hard to figure out sometimes. But in the end, we were able to pick out what makes the little guy a "little guy". I wanted to post one of the pictures of his face and this is the best one we had. Good luck making things out. Just to help out, Jackson's head is just right of center. His chin and lips are pretty much in the center of the picture. To the right of that is his nose and eyes. Hopefully from there you can make out the rest. You can see his left ear just above and to the left of the date (03/01/2006). We can't really tell what he's doing with his arms just below his chin. He kept moving around when we were trying to get pictures. He's an active little guy.
